Company declaration

Displaying it alone does not establish valid acceptance of a particular version. 1. Authority to represent the company I act for the company identified in my representation application and accurately state my role and verifiable evidence of my authority. I am authorised to make the particular submission. I will promptly report changes to or loss of that authority to the operator, WISTRA – Gesellschaft für Wissens- und Informationstransfer mbH, at info@wistra.de. The operator may check evidence and restrict or revoke access. Granting company access does not replace an official register or identity check for other purposes. 2. Information and sources I describe the company factually and transparently to the best of my knowledge. Identity, identifiers, figures, periods, units and sources are correctly associated; unknown information remains identifiable as unknown. Statements must not give false assurance about future results. I provide only documents and sources whose intended processing is permitted and identify restrictions, confidentiality and any conflicts of interest. Citing a source does not grant blanket permission to reproduce its full contents. 3. Usage rights within the specific scope To the extent that I hold the necessary rights, the operator should be able to store, edit and, after approval, display content I expressly authorise for use within the scope documented for EGM500. The specific scope — for example, internal storage, public display, derivation of structured facts, download, redistribution or AI use — is governed by the documented rights decision for the material. This declaration does not authorise uses that have not been granted. Third-party rights, statutory exceptions and licence terms remain applicable. It does not transfer ownership of trademarks or documents. 4. Personal and confidential information I limit personal information to necessary professional details and check my authority to disclose it. Required information to affected individuals and other privacy obligations must be fulfilled separately. I do not use public profile fields for identity-document data, private addresses, credentials, trade secrets or other confidential material. I agree an appropriate channel with the operator before providing protected evidence. Uploading a file does not automatically authorise public disclosure or AI processing. 5. Editorial process, publication and correction My submission concerns a particular saved revision. Editors may ask questions, request changes or decline publication. Authors and submitters may not publish their own submissions. The published version is distinct from internal drafts. I promptly report significant errors discovered later or the loss of usage rights, identifying the affected information and evidence. Publication on EGM500 establishes neither an investment recommendation nor confirmation of economic quality or a funding commitment. 6. Contact requests An investor may send a contact request to the operator. My company does not thereby receive an automatic message or automatic access to the investor's contact details. A particular introduction or disclosure is arranged separately. 7.
