Profiles, comparisons, articles and change alerts provide general orientation. The prototype does not purport to provide personal investment, legal or tax advice or recommend a particular investment decision. It does not consider your personal financial position, investment objectives or ability to bear risk. The actual legal classification nevertheless depends on the content and activities provided; this notice does not replace a required authorisation or mandatory disclosure. 2. Sources and currency Check the source, reporting period, currency, unit, consolidation scope, accounting standard and displayed publication date/status. Company statements, register information and audited financial reports provide different levels of information. Source attribution and editorial approval do not constitute an independent audit or verification of every statement. Missing information is unknown, not zero. Earlier publications may be superseded or withdrawn; changes can be followed in the portal. External sources can change independently of EGM500. 3. Comparison and completeness Comparison views place available information side by side. Different financial years, scopes and measurement methods may limit comparability. The completeness display indicates whether required profile fields, sources and language versions exist for a workflow step. It is not a rating, credit report, ranking of economic quality or assurance of a company's accuracy or value. 4. Risks and demo content Investments in companies and financial instruments may cause substantial losses, including loss of all invested capital. Past figures do not promise future outcomes. Inclusion in EGM500, a contact request or an event registration does not establish investment suitability. Companies, figures, articles or events expressly marked as demos are fictional training data and must not be used as real market information. Read sponsor and partner references in their stated context; mention does not imply official recognition. 5. Errors and responsibility Report suspected errors with the profile ID, relevant item and supporting evidence through the correction function or info@wistra.de. The operator assesses reports through the handling process. The prototype promises no particular response time. Statutory responsibilities and liability remain unaffected; references to external sources do not provide a blanket exclusion.
