Service and provider The provider is WISTRA – Gesellschaft für Wissens- und Informationstransfer mbH, Wildensteinstraße 25 72461 Albstadt Deutschland / Germany, contact: info@wistra.de. EGM500 enables users to read and compare published company information, follow changes, maintain authorised company profiles through an editorial process, make service enquiries and register for events. These terms do not establish the scope of a future paid service. The platform does not accept securities orders or execute purchases, sales, payments or custody services. 2. Prototype access and accounts The prototype is for testing authorised by the operator. Administration assigns usernames, passwords and roles; the expressly enabled prototype mode requires neither email activation nor a second factor. An email address is optional for this access. The authorised test team may internally share the test accounts designated for that purpose by the operator. Such accounts cannot reliably identify the individual who performed an action. Before pilot operation, personal privileged accounts and the intended stronger authentication will be established. Credentials must remain within the authorised test team. Report suspected misuse to the operator. 3. Roles and editing An account alone does not authorise a user to represent a company. Company access is reviewed separately and may expire or be revoked. Drafts remain internal; a particular saved revision is submitted, reviewed and published in separate steps. Users may not approve or publish their own submissions. The completeness display identifies missing information, sources or language versions; it does not assess creditworthiness or investment quality. If an editing conflict occurs, reload the current version and deliberately reconcile your changes. 4. Content, sources and permitted use Users may submit only content they are entitled to process and use for the stated purpose. Sources, publication status and usage rights must be described accurately. Confidential information, credentials, unnecessary personal data and unlawful content must not be placed in public profile fields or contact messages. Displaying a link does not grant rights in the linked source. Reuse of text, trademarks, images or documents is subject to the relevant rights and statutory permissions; the platform grants no blanket licence to third-party material. Circumventing access controls, changing others' records without authorisation and disruptive automated access are prohibited. 5. Contact requests, service and events A signed-in investor may send the operator a contact request concerning a published company profile, with a reason and short message. The operator handles the request; the platform does not automatically forward it to the company. No contact, response deadline or transaction is promised. Any further introduction is arranged separately. Service requests remain within the authorised requester and handling staff group. Events are subject to their published dates, deadlines, capacity and any separately agreed participation terms. A technical registration does not promise an additional paid service. Demo events are test data only. 6. Notifications and availability Business notifications are available in the portal. Email alerts depend on an available address, sending configuration and the email service. Acceptance by an SMTP server does not prove delivery to an inbox. Users should therefore check the status of their requests in the portal. Maintenance, technical issues or the end of testing may affect availability; no particular service level is promised for the prototype. Unlawful or security-critical content and accounts may be restricted; reasons and a contact channel should remain available where this does not compromise system protection. 7. Corrections, termination and liability Report errors through the profile correction function or info@wistra.de. Use the operator's contact details for account closure and privacy requests. Suspending an account does not automatically erase previous publications, evidence or logs; continued storage or erasure must be assessed according to its purpose. Statutory liability rules remain unaffected. In particular, this draft provides no blanket exclusion of liability for intentional conduct, gross negligence or harm to life, body or health. 8.
